Terms and Conditions
Contract of Sales
The duly completed Registration Form together with these Terms and Conditions constitutes the contract of Sales.
Registration
Registration of participants is considered complete upon receipt of the duly filled registration form accompanied by full payment of the course/event fee under either on Cash Option Plan or Installment Plan.
Withdrawal, Substitution and Refund
Due to the lack of copyright security available, there will be no refunds for software, pdf files or any other electronic media purchased from Grandpine Capital. A participant may withdraw from the program before the commencement of the program, subject to a cancellation fee and credit card charge (if payment is made by credit card). The fee will be refundable within 45 working days of notification. A participant is strongly encouraged to attend the class within 1 year upon sign-ups.
Participant may transfer the program to other participants, subject to approval from Grandpine Capital. No prior notice received or no show will be deemed as withdrawn and no refund will be permitted.
Intellectual Property
Grandpine Capital Sdn Bhd own all intellectual property rights developed and used in the program. The rights to any intellectual property shall not be transferred or assigned to the participants and the title to all such intellectual property remains with the owner. The participants may only use such materials for personal and educational purposes. They may not distribute, alter any of the intellectual property or the materials, copy or reproduce the contents or sell the intellectual property or the materials to any third parties.
Taping
No audio taping or videotaping of the sessions is allowed.
General Grandpine Capital reserves the right to change the times, dates, venue or speaker as it deemed necessary without penalty. Grandpine Capital will not be responsible for any cancellation resulting from force majeure occurrence such as strikes, riots, fire, flood, or any other events that may occur beyond its control but will use its best efforts to re-schedule a replacement course/event where possible. Grandpine Capital reserves the right to use the participant’s testimonials, videos, audio, images and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes. All notices or other communications must be made to the address specified in the Registration Form.
